These terms govern your use of VeeeFX (veeefx.com), an AI-powered visual-effects generation service. By using the site, you agree to them.

The service

VeeeFX lets you upload a short video clip and generate an AI-modified version of it with added visual effects, using third-party AI models. Generations cost credits, which you can purchase or receive from us.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — anyone with access to it can access your VeeeFX account, credits, and generation history.

What you upload

• You must own the rights to any footage you upload, or have permission to use and modify it.
• Don't upload content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use.
• Don't use the service to generate content that's harassing, harmful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Generated content

You own the videos we generate for you, subject to the rights of anyone appearing in or owning the original footage you uploaded. Generation is powered by third-party AI models — results can vary and aren't guaranteed to match what you had in mind.

Credits and payment

• Credits are consumed when you start a generation, regardless of whether you like the result.
• If a generation fails outright due to a system or provider error (not because of the content of your request), we refund the credits automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and aren't transferable or exchangeable for currency.
• Payments made via bKash are manually reviewed before credits are added, which can take a few hours. Card payments (where available) are processed automatically.

Service availability

We provide the service "as is", without guarantees of uptime, and rely on third-party AI providers whose availability and quality are outside our control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VeeeFX isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
