VeeeFX ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered visual-effects generation service at veeefx.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
- Account information— when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and confirmation that it's verified. We don't receive your Google password.
- Content you upload — video clips you submit for VFX generation, and the videos we generate for you.
- Payment information— for bKash payments, the transaction reference you submit. For card payments, we never see or store your card number — that's handled entirely by our payment processor. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
- Usage data — records of generations you request (prompts, timestamps, status) and your credit balance/transaction history.
How we use it
- To operate your account, authenticate you, and track your credit balance.
- To generate the VFX videos you request.
- To confirm and reconcile payments.
- To provide customer support if you contact us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the third-party services that make the product work:
- Google — for sign-in authentication.
- fal.ai — the AI infrastructure provider that processes your uploaded clip and generates the output video. Your clip is sent to their servers for processing.
- Our payment processor — for card payments, to process the transaction. We never receive your full card details.
- Our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, and storage) — to run the service.
Data retention
We retain your account, generation history, and transaction records for as long as your account is active, so you can see your past generations and credit history. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by contacting us at the address below.
